How long is the credit valid ?

Upgrade credit is valid for 30–45 days after it is issued.

This ensures fair usage and smooth processing.

Can I combine the ₹300 credit with other discounts ?

What condition should the tee be in ?

The tee should be:

• Originally purchased from us

• Not heavily damaged or altered

• In wearable condition

Normal wear and washing are completely fine.

What do you do with returned tees ?

Returned tees are responsibly recycled or repurposed through textile recovery processes.

Nothing is sent to landfill.

Can I return more than one tee?

Yes.

However, only one upgrade credit can be used per order.

Why do you offer this program ?

Because your tee shouldn’t expire.
